I am a Hudson Valley, New York native who fell in love with fitness during childhood and entered the world of gym based workouts at 15. My love turned into a passion and that passion pushed me toward a career in personal training. I combine real world, hands on knowledge with my ISSA Certifications to create custom, lifestyle changing workout plans.
